How to do a Split Payment in ServQuick?


Split Payment is used for different modes of payments such as Cash/Credit Card/UPI, etc., for making a bill payment.

For example, A person makes a purchase and wishes to pay by cash. But at the time of billing, he realizes that the cash amount is not sufficient to complete it. In that situation, he can opt for split payment and complete the transaction by paying half amount in cash and half using other payment modes.

 

Benefits of Split Payment:   

  • The Split Payment feature helps the customers choose their desired payment method instead of restricting them to just one.

  • The usage of different digital payment modes expedites the billing process as the customers don't have to wait for getting the balance amount.

  • With the different online payment modes available in Split Payment feature, it is easier to track the total sales done for the day.

 

How to do a Split Payment?

 

Step 1:

 

On the home page, go to Sales --> Sales.

 

 

 

Step 2:

 

Click on the items to add them to the cart and click on Pay.  

 

 

Step 3:

 

Select the payment mode and enter the amount paid through it.

 

 

Step 4:

 

Similarly, select the different payment modes, enter their respective amounts for completing the transaction and click on Tender.

 

 

Note: You can check the Change to give for viewing the balance amount to be paid.

 

Step 5:

 

The payment has been made. Enter the mail id and click on Done to receive the payment receipt.

 

 

Step 6:

 

Once the billing is completed, a success message is displayed.

 

 

Thus, the desired payment modes can be chosen, and the amount can be split based on customers' convenience using ServQuick.
