ServQuick works on Cloud. But when there is poor internet connectivity and you are in the middle of payment, there are chances of the payment not being successful. The offline setup of ServQuick is used at that time to make offline payments.
Benefits:
The offline setup comes to the rescue whenever there is an internet issue while making the payment
In some cases, the payment might be deducted from their end, and you might not have received it. In such cases, making an offline billing will help you make a smooth transaction
Prerequisites:
The offline setup works only for Sales billing and is best operated in chrome compared to other browsers
For Windows Operating System, the version needs to be 8.1 or above
Livestock should be disabled before making an offline billing
The session should be opened before making an offline billing
How to do offline billing?
Step 1:
In the Sales screen, Click on your profile and select Offline.
Step 2:
The application should be downloaded before making an offline billing. You can download it from the link that is shown on the screen.
Step 3:
Click on Run to run the .exe file and install the application based on the instructions shown on the screen. Ensure that the offline tool is up and running.
Step 4:
Click on Go Offline to initiate the offline setup.
Step 5:
The setup starts running. Do not refresh the page till the setup completes running.
Now the setup is completed, you are all set to carry out offline billing. Unless you enable the online option, you will work offline. Thus, you can easily switch to offline mode whenever there is unstable internet connectivity to have a smooth payment process.
