Reports are generated whenever a sale, purchase, or order is done. Several reports are generated in ServQuick. With Report Settings, you can perform different operations such as Enable/Disable columns, Group the columns, Edit the column names, and Calculate the sum of values of the columns.
Benefits:
If you realize that the column name has been misspelled or contains some error, you can use the edit feature to make changes to the columns
If in some cases, you don't want to scroll and see all columns and wish to rearrange them based on your priority, then you can modify the order of the columns displayed
By using the different features available in Report Settings, you can modify the columns and generate the report for printing
How to edit column names in Reports?
Step 1:
On the home page, go to Reports. Select the desired report for which you want to edit the column names.
Step 2:
Now a pop-up is displayed for applying the filter. Below the filter option, there is a settings symbol. Click on the Report Settings.
Step 3:
Move the cursor near the column name, to see a pencil symbol to the right of the column name.
Step 4:
Click on the pencil symbol to edit the column name. After editing the name, click on the tick mark to finalize the edit.
Step 5:
If you wish to restore the previous column name, click on Reset to Default Name.
Step 6:
Likewise, the column name can be changed as desired, and click save.
Step 7:
Now, the changes will be reflected in the report as shown below.
How to rearrange the columns in Reports?
Step 1:
Open the report for which you want to rearrange the columns.
Step 2:
Now, select the columns which you want to rearrange. Click on the column and drag the column to the desired position.
You can find the columns have been rearranged for item name, variant name, and item quantity as shown below.
