How to import items from your inventory to GoSure StockTake web application?

ITEM IMPORT:

The item import feature in GoSure allows you to import all the items from your inventory in a single shot and carry out the stock counting process from the mobile application. The items can be imported easily from the web application.

STEPS:
  1. Log in to the GoSure StockTake web application using the registered username & password.
  2. Go to settings menu >> Under the Data import section you can find the "Master Import" option.
  3. Click on Master Import. Here you can upload the file consisting of the items to be loaded for stock counting.
  4. You can also download the template and add then add the items for upload.
  5. If you have imported the file, click on the "Upload" button.



  1. Once you click on the upload button if all the details are in the correct format, the items will be imported successfully and you will get the details of the master import.
  2. If you have any error after uploading related to the mismatch in company or location, make sure the company and location mentioned in the file are created in the web application.
  3. If the company and location have to be created, you can do it from Settings >> Master >> Company Master.



  1. Also, make sure the configurations are set in the Settings menu as per your requirement.
  2. Having imported the items successfully, you are ready to start the stock counting process.
