How to inward matrix items using GoSure GRN's mobile application?
- Log in to the mobile application with the credentials of the registered GRN picker.
- Select the item by manual search or scanning. You will be listed with the various categories mapped for that particular item.
- It is straightforward for the user to create various combinations of the same item.
- Click on the combinations and select the one's you have received alone. It is also possible to multi-select from the options.
- Now all the combinations created will be listed.
- Click on the combination and make the entry against the selected one.
Click on "scan done".
- Repeat the same for the other combinations you have created.
- Finally, click on "Done", to complete the GIN (or)
- You can directly scan the Combination EAN code of that particular item.
- It
will be directly routed to the scanned combination and there is no
necessity of creating or manually selecting and entering the
combination.
