How to make a complimentary sale?
Step 1:
In the home screen, go to Settings --> Configuration --> Sales Configurations.
Step 2:
Enable the "Enable Complimentary" option and click on Save.
Step 3:
Now, in payment types you can view a new payment option named "Complimentary" is enabled.
The payment type can be viewed in Settings --> Organization --> Payment types.
Step 4:
Now, on the home page, go to Sales --> Sales and add the items for which you want to make a complimentary sale.
Step 5:
Click on Pay to redirect to the payment page.
Step 6:
Enter the amount to be paid and select the payment type as Complimentary and click on Tender to make the payment.
Step 7:
The bill amount is calculated as zero. Click on Done to complete the billing.
