How to make a Manual Pickslip using GoSure StockPick?

How to make a Manual pickslip using GoSure GRN?

 

Step 1: Login to GoSure StockPick web-app, from the menu bar, click on the menu "Pick Slip".

 

Step 2: Place the cursor in the field "Customer" and choose the customers for whom the picking is to be done.

 

 

Step 3: Now, place the cursor in the 'Item' field and press Enter. You will see the Item LOV displayed in the right.

 

Step 4: Select the list of items one by one, and choose the required batch if there are multiple batches for an item.

 

  

Step 5: Once all the items to be picked are selected, click on 'Submit' button.

 

 

Step 6: In the 'Assignment Type' window that appears, select the type of assignment.

     Automatic - used to assign the picking tasks to stock pickers automatically

     Manual - used to assign the picking tasks manually

Note: You can set the picking as urgent by enabling the checkbox "Set pick slip as urgent".

 


Step 7: All the sub categories should be mapped to the employee for automatic assignment. In case, any of the sub category is not mapped to the employee, you will not be allowed to enable automatic assignment, and an error message will be shown as in the below image.

 


Step 8: In such cases, you need to assign the picking tasks manually to a picker and choose the "Assign" button.

Note: You can assign the tasks either item-wise or category-wise.

 


Step 9: Once the assignment is finalized, click on "Confirm" button at the bottom. Now, the pick slip will be submitted and the Pick Slip number will be generated successfully.

 


Step 10: The business owners or the managers can track the picking tasks assigned to the stock pickers from a common dashboard called "Pick Slip Dashboard". From here, they can view the details of pick slip, number of items in pick slip, pick slip date, picker name, status of picking items for each customer. In case the picking task is to be assigned to another picker, it could be done by clicking on "Reassign".
