How to make Sales Order from Customer Master in ManageEasy?

What is Sales Order?

A Sales Order includes the specifics of the goods that a customer has requested, along with its cost, and quantity. This helps the seller to ensure if the required amount of stock is present and if not the stocks can be made ready before the date of delivery.

 

Benefits of Sales Order:

• Get the advance amount for the requested Sales Order from the customer

• Prepare the stock availability before the delivery date and never miss any sales

How to create a Sales Order?

1. Go to 'Master' ---> select 'Customer'

2. Under 'Customer' select the customer for whom you want to make Sales Order

 

3. Under 'Sales Order' click on the function key F10 - Sales Order

 

4. Now, you will be directed to the 'Sales Order' screen, where you can see the selected customer details being loaded automatically

 

5. Enter the product name, quantity and fill in the required fields like amount, manufacturer details, product discount amount, and then click on 'F2' to 'Save' the Sales Order

 

6. Now, the Sales Order is created successfully and you can check the same under the 'Customer' screen

 

You can now create Sales Orders easily and serve your customers without any hassles!
