This ServQuick Dine-in plan allows restaurants to manage tables in an easier way. Using this document
Benefit:
The live status of kitchen orders can be managed efficiently as they will be categorized. Table management assists busy restaurants to manage table seating, increase table turnover, and average ticket size, to maximize the profitability of the business
Steps to enable the Dine-in option in ServQuick
Step1: Go to Settings, under Taxes select Order Types
--> The location wise order types will be displayed
Step2: Click on the Edit option of your preferred location
Step3: Enable the Dine-In option for the order type of your choice
Note: When Dine-in is enabled, packing amount will automatically get disabled
Steps to create a Table in ServQuick
Step4: Go to Master, under Menu choose the Table option
Step5: Click on Add table
Step6: Enter all the required fields like Name, Location, and Order Type
Enter the Name of the table
Enter your preferred Location
Note: If you want to create it for all locations, then you can select the All location option
-->In the Order Type option, the dine-in enabled order type under the selected location will be listed
Choose the Order Type in which you want to create the table
Click on Save
-->Once this is done, in the Sales screen, the appropriate tables under the particular order types will be available for order taking
Step7: To check it, go to the Sales screen
Step8: Select the Order Type for which you have enabled the dine in option
Step9: Click on the Table option
-->You can see the newly created table available for order taking
Note: You can also create a new order type and manage Dine-in option in it
