1. Enable the configuration 'Enable sessions in Godeliver' under Session management and click on 'Save'.
2. While the delivery boy is starting his day he has Login to GoDeliver app and Click on 'Session'.
3.You can see the list of sessions that were opened and closed previously.
4. To create a new session click on the '+' icon
5. Enter the opening cash and click on 'Start'.How to do the outlet registration on GoDeliver Oncloud?
6. New session is created and then you can see the keyword 'Current session' which denotes the currently opened session.
7. After delivering the assigned deliveries, to enter the collection cash amount, select the session and enter the 'closing cash' and click on the 'submit'.
8.Once this is done the manager can login to GoDeliver portal and select the session of the delivery boy under session management and view the status of the sessions. The manager can collect the sessions for delivery boys whose sessions are closed from the app.
9. Now view Actuals against each Payment type and the collection made by the delivery boy against the tenders, if there are any discrepancy then it will be shown in the Discrepancy column, the manager can close the session by clicking on the 'Close Session button' by also entering the Remarks if needed.
Note: only when the existing session is closed by the manager in the Integration portal then the next session can be opened by the user in Godeliver app.
