How to perform data flush in the integration portal?

When you perform the sync process, in some rare cases, the sync might not be triggered or the changes would have not been updated in your portal and app. To help you resolve such issues quickly, a Data flush option has been added to the sync process screen. You can perform 'Data Flush' which deletes all the previously synced master details and then perform 'Reset Sync' to resolve any Sync issues.

Steps to perform Data Flush:

Step 1:
Log in to the Integration Portal with your credentials.

Step 2:

At the bottom left side of the screen click on the Data Sync menu.




The Data Sync menu home screen will appear,

Step 3:
Click on the Data Flush tab to view your options.




You'll see 3 different options to perform Data Flush on,

i) Item Master: Performing the item master data flush will delete all the synced items from the integration portal.

ii) Tax Master: This will delete all the synced item's tax details from the integration portal.

iii) Category Master: This will delete all the synced categories from the integration portal.
Click on the check box/s at the start of the records to select the data flush operation you want to perform & then click on the 'Flush Data' button.



Note: If you want to perform data flush for all the outlets, simply check the box next to 'Do you want to flush across outlets?'.

After clicking on the 'Flush Data' button, the following window will appear in front of you.



Fill in the information...

i) Flush by: Type in your name (the person who is performing the data flush).
ii) Reason: Mention the reason due to which you are performing the data flush.

iii) OTP: An OTP will be mailed to the registered email id, enter that OTP here.

Then click on the 'Submit' button to initiate the Data Flush process.

Once the Data Flush, is completed you can proceed with the syncing of the data again by clicking on the sync against each process or clicking on reset sync.
