The app request option in the OrderEasy Integration portal lets you request an app update/upload without leaving the OrderEasy Integration portal or having to contact the GoFrugal team. Also, you can track the status of your updates directly within the integration portal. Raise app requests from the Integration portal and save time and effort.
Step 1: Login to the Integration portal using the credentials
Step 2: Go to the mobile app option from the main menu and select the app request option
Step 3: Choose the request app in the top right corner of OrderEasy App request screen
Step 5: The Platform field allows you to select between Android and iOS or you can select both if you want it for both
Step 6: Please put your name in the requested by column as it is your request
Step 7: You will find 5 options under the Purpose column
1. Experience new features - If you would like to try out the new features in our app, you can select this option
2. Test App functionality - For testing the performance of your application, you can select this option
3. Experience UAT feature - You can use this option if you wish to experience the app before it goes live and share feedback during the pilot run
4. Testing customization - You can give this option if you have customized your application style and if you want to experience it
5. Others - This option is out of the box, but you can specify the purpose manually by selecting it
Step 8: Select the requested for column after selecting the purpose. You will find 4 options there
1. Need APK file only - You can choose this option if you want the APK separately to experience the change on your own
2. Publish in App store - You can select this option if you want to release the change to all your IOS customers
3. Publish in Play store - You can select this option if you want to release the change to all your Android customers
4. Publish in Both - Using this option, you can release the update for both IOS and Android customers
Step 9: In the next step, you will need to enter the contact number and submit the request
Step 10: Once you click submit, a popup will appear as shown below
Step 11: You can view the status of your request on the OrderEasy App request screen
Step 12: You can track the status of your request by selecting the Track option on the right side of the list of requests
Step 13: If you select the track option, you will see a tracking status as shown below
