A Franchise is a third-party retail outlet that buys the rights of business logo, name, model, and branding from the actual owner. It is like an independent small business. The franchise outlet will receive a Purchase invoice once a sale is done and the sales bill is saved. The franchise outlet will get a notification once the Purchase invoice advice is received.

It is delivered to the buyer by a business and indicates the goods or services that have been purchased. This invoice acts as proof of transaction and indicates that something was purchased and a particular amount was paid for it.
Steps to receive Purchase Invoice from Franchise outlet in ServQuick
Step1: Go to Inventory, under Purchase select Purchase Invoice
Step2: Click on Load Purchase Invoice Advice
Step3: Enter the mandatory fields like Franchise Location, Supplier name, Purchase order number, Invoice number, Invoice amount
Select the Purchase order from the pop-up box
Note: It shows the status of the Purchase order as Pending/Partial
Now all the items will be listed when you enter the Purchase order number.
Note: The Selling Price of an item can be edited
Click on Save to create the Purchase Invoice
-->The Purchase Invoice is created successfully
To view the Purchase Invoice
Step4: In the Purchase Invoice screen, choose the location
Step5: Click on View
Step6: To print the Purchase Invoice click on Print
