How to Renew Your Annual License in Gofrugal Software

Steps to Renew Your Annual License in Gofrugal Software

Step 1: View Your License Details

  • Open the Server System.

  • Navigate to the Help menu at the top of the application window.

  • Select About from the dropdown.

  • A window will display details such as license type, expiry date, and registered user information.

Step 2: Initiate Payment

  • From the left-hand side menu, click on Pay Proforma (7th option).

  • You will be redirected to the Gofrugal Online Store.

Step 3: Select the Correct SKU

  • Verify that the selected SKU matches your purchase requirement.

  • Click Add to Cart.

  • If unsure, refer to product documentation or contact support.

Step 4: Choose Payment Method

  • Select EBS as your payment method.

  • Click Checkout.

  • Review your Billing and Delivery Address carefully.

  • Click Submit to continue.

Step 5: Complete Payment

  • On the payment gateway page, choose your payment mode:

    • Credit/Debit Card

    • Net Banking

    • EMI Options

    • Wallets (PhonePe, GPay, etc.)

  • Enter payment details and click Make Payment.

Step 6: Confirmation

  • A confirmation message will appear once payment is successful.

  • A copy of the payment confirmation will also be sent to your registered email ID.
