How to reprint Sales Quotations in RetailEasy on-cloud?
Sales Quotations are created to provide a prospect with an estimate of his purchase. They can often be created at one point in time but printed later based on the customer's requirements.RetailEasy on-cloud maintains a record of the Sales Quotations. Saved Sales Quotations can be retrieved using the View mode of the Sales Quotation menu.
How to reprint a Sales Quotation?
Step 1: In the main tab of ReatilEasy on-cloud, click on Sales > Sales Quotation
Step 2: In the Sales Quotation screen,
To View the Sales Quotations created for a specific Customer
Click on the Customer field and press Enter
Select the Customer from the Customers pop-up
Click on the View button at the bottom of the screen or press the corresponding function key (F7 by default)
The Quotation Details pop-up appears with only the Sales Quotations of the Customer. Select the desired Quotation and press Enter
To View the Sales Quotations created for all Customers
Click on the View button at the bottom of the screen or press the corresponding function key (F7 by default)
The Quotation Details pop-up appears with all the Sales Quotations of all customers. Select the desired Quotation by viewing the Customer name at the bottom of the pop-up and press Enter
Step 3: The Quotation details get loaded on the Sales Quotation [View] screen with the quantity, pricing, discounts, tax, scheme details, creation date, number, etc.
Step 4: Click on Print at the bottom of the screen. The Sales Quotation under View can be printed. The corresponding function (F8 by default) can also be used
Thus a previously saved Sales Quotation can be reprinted from the Sales Quotation [View] mode of RetailEasy on-cloud.
