Whether you are processing tens or hundreds of orders in a day, managing them is essential. Customers might change their minds and request order amendments. Having an easy order rescheduling process in place doesn’t just lead to happier customers, it can also help you to streamline your delivery process efficiently.
Steps to reschedule an online order in the integration portal:
Step 1:
Log in to the Integration Portal.
Step 2:
Go to Transactions -> Sales Orders
Step 3:
In the "Basic Information" tab, at the bottom of 'Delivery Slot', you will find the delivery slot selected by the customer while placing the order.
Step 4:
Click on the pencil icon in front of the delivery slot to reschedule the delivery. A Reschedule window will pop-up.
i) Current Scheduled Slot: It will show the delivery slot selected by the customer at the time placing the order.
ii) Reschedule Date: Here you can select a new delivery date from the LOV.
After selecting a 'Reschedule Date', available time slots for that day will appear below. Select the desired time slot from the options.
iii) Remarks: Here you need to mention the reason for rescheduling the delivery. Then click on the 'Save' button.
After rescheduling an order, the status will change to 'Rescheduled' & it'll also reflect in the integration portal as well as your app.
