2. Supported peripherals

3. Basic system settings and cleanup
Before installation, perform basic system maintenance.
Clean temporary data: Clear out unnecessary files from your system.
Use system tools: Utilize tools like "Disk Cleanup" and "Defragment & Optimize Drives" to keep your system running smoothly.
Increase virtual memory: Adjust your system settings to increase virtual memory for better performance.
4. Security settings for HDD partitions
Ensure that the "Everyone" user has access to the security settings for the HDD partitions where the software will be installed. This step is crucial to avoid permission issues during installation.
5. Installation drive
For optimal performance and data management, Gofrugal will be installed on a drive other than the C Drive. So, the drive partition should be done. It is easy to create an additional hard drive partition on your computer by following the simple steps.
Open disk management:
Press "Win + X" and select "Disk Management".
Shrink volume:
Right-click on an existing partition and select "Shrink Volume".
Enter the space to shrink and click "Shrink".
Create new volume:
Right-click the unallocated space and select "New Simple Volume".
Follow the wizard to assign a drive letter and format the partition.
Your new partition will be created and ready for use.
6. Server and client system installation

Cash drawer setup: The cash drawer should be connected to the printer according to the vendor's instructions.
