How to update Loyalty Points in RetailEasy OnCloud?
1. Goto >> Customer >> Loyalty Points Update
2. The Loyalty Points Update page appears. Select the Customer for whom you wish to
modify the points. Enter the "+" symbol and enter the points to be added
3. Enter the Remarks. Click on Update.
You can verify the change in Loyalty points. Now the available points is 1020.04

1. Goto >> Reports >> Master >> Customer Loyalty Details
2 The points updated can be viewed from the Reports
