What is the default format of the HQ URL provided by the customer?

The default format for the customer to fill in is: XXXXXX.gofrugalhq.com.
In this URL, the customer needs to enter the desired name, for example, abcenterprise.gofrugalhq.com. This must be finalized before the implementation begins.

 

Does Gofrugal HQ support HTTPS?

Yes, Gofrugal HQ supports HTTPS. If you are hosting on AWS (Amazon Web Services) or any other cloud provider, you will need to purchase an SSL certificate for HTTPS to function correctly. However, if you are hosting on GCS (Gofrugal Cloud Services), Gofrugal will automatically provide you with an SSL certificate; the link will look like this: https://abccorporation.gofrugalhq.com.

 

Is it possible to use the customer's own website as the HQ URL?

Customers can use their own website as the HQ URL. To do this, please ensure the following:

  • The domain name must be purchased and maintained by the customer.

  • The domain name should be unique within GoFrugal's network to avoid any future conflicts.
