As per TRAI’s latest regulations, PE-TM (Principal Entity-Telemarketer) binding is mandatory to ensure compliance with telecom norms for SMS delivery. This process had to have been completed by December 1, 2024 to continue sending SMS messages through Gofrugal Alerts.
With Zoho now registered as a telemarketer aggregator, this integration is essential. Our SMS provider will use Zoho’s configuration for Gofrugal accounts, making it necessary for customers to register their PE-TM binding with Zoho. Without this, SMS delivery will be disrupted, affecting critical communication.
✅ What you need to do
1. Log in to your DLT operator’s website. Follow the guidance here:
2. Navigate to the SMS telemarketer tab (this may be named differently based on your provider).
3. Click Create chain and enter:
4. Click Submit.
For backup purposes:
Similarly, create another chain. Enter 120210000041 as the Telemarketer ID and select Solutions Infini Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. as the delivery telemarketer.
After completing the process, share the following details with us at zohopos-connect@zohocorp.com:
✔️ Principal Entity ID
✔️ Chain ID
✔️ DLT platform name
Note: This process is only for branding users. If you are a non-branding user, no action is needed.
