Important update: TRAI’s new guidelines for telemarketer ID mapping

TRAI has introduced updated regulations requiring telemarketer IDs to be mapped with customers' Principal Entity IDs on the DLT platform. This update impacts all users sending branded SMS messages to customers.

To comply with these regulations, users must map their assigned telemarketer ID with their DLT account. For Gofrugal's branded SMS users, this means mapping the telemarketer ID 120210000041 to your Principal Entity ID.

✅ What you need to do

For existing users:
  1. Log in to your DLT account and map the telemarketer ID 120210000041 to your Principal Entity ID.
  2. Visit the respective DLT service provider’s website for guidance on completing this process

For new users:

  1. If you haven’t set up SMS branding, contact your Gofrugal Account Manager to get started.
  2. Ensure your DLT registration is complete, and map your telemarketer ID for compliance.
