Introduction of Privilege User (Admin) changes to protect your POS in ServeEasy - (Formerly known as RPOS 6.5)!
In today's digital era, ensuring the security of our data from unauthorized access is a critical challenge. To address this concern, we are pleased to announce the introduction of Privilege User (Admin) changes in our latest release, 6.5.9.1_33. These changes are designed to enhance the security of your business data in the POS system.
To take full advantage of the improved security features and enhancements, we highly recommend updating your application to the latest version to avoid unauthorized access.

How to complete your patch update?
Get your patch update completed in a few steps:
1) Check your current version of the POS application
Check the current version at the bottom right of the screen
2) Once you know your current version, check the patch update - break version links that we've listed in the tabular column below.
Note: Break versions are consolidated versions of our previous patch updates that will help you complete the patch update in less time.
If you have not updated your version for a longer time, the update process will take longer than expected. Please ensure your internet connectivity is also strong to support the process.
We recommend only updating the patch with the break version. This will make your process easier and will reduce time. Do not update to the current version 6.5.9.2_SP8 directly.
Since you would be updating multiple versions, refrain from doing patch updates during billing hours to serve your customers without hindrance.
3) Once you have completed 6.5.9.1_SP33 version update (after completing the previous break version updates as well), you can go ahead and update to the latest version (i.e., 6.5.9.2_SP8).
