HO Contact Merge Process
The HO Contact Merge process in GOFRUGAL HQ aims to consolidate duplicate customer entries within the system. This ensures a clean and accurate master data set, offering several advantages for both the organization and its customers.

Here's a general outline of the HO Contact Merge process in GOFRUGAL HQ:
Step 1: Click on MDM > Contact Master Management > HO Contact Merge
Step 2: Click on "+ Add New" button.
Sept 3: Select the desired Contact Type from the list. (Customer / Supplier / manufacturer)
Step 4: Select the Customer Type.
Step 5: Select the Source Contact.
Step 6: Select the Contact to be Merged.
Step 7: Click on the Add button.
Step 8: Click the Bulk Merge button to complete the process.

Outlet backup status will be suspended till the Merge process is completed at the Outlet level.
