Mapping product images for entry screen LOV from HQ:

Product image mapping from HQ offers several benefits, making data visualization more effective and decision-making more informed. Here are some key advantages:

To add product images from HQ, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to MDM > Item Master Management > Item Image Mapping.

Step 2: Select the Category and its value.

Step 3: Click on the "Choose File" button and select the picture from your desired location.

***Note: Check the Image file name will show beside the "Choose File" button, and Image Status shows as "Not Available".

Step 4: Click on the "Upload" button to upload the file.

Step 5: Click on the "View Image" button to verify the image.

Note: Check the Image Status; it becomes "Available".

***Note: Below is a sample of how the image looks after clicking on the "View Image" button.

Step 6: Click on "Send Outlet" / "Send All to Outlets" / "Send Selected" depending on your need.

*** Note: After the details are received in the outlets, the item images will get reflected only in all the entry screens when the below configuration is activated in the POS. Remember, images uploaded from this screen will not reflect in any of the reports in HQ or Outlets.
