Setting up IN Attribute in Item Master at HQ:
Using the Purchase In Attribute, we can include the additional information (Import Date) for any Electrical Items when we make a Purchase entry. Since the cost of production in certain countries makes their products more affordable, import dates are to keep track of entries and are generated in the purchase process.

Before selecting the out attributes, let us see how to activate the IN Attribute option in the item master.
Step 1: Go to Admin > Configuration > Masters.
Step 2: Click on the Item Master Tab.
Step 3: Search for Addl in the search bar.
Step 4: Locate the Addl IN Attribute and make it visible by clicking the check box.
Step 5: Click on the "Save Configuration" button to save the changes.
Now, to map Out Attributes in the item master, do the following steps:
Step 1: Go to MDM > Item Master Management > Item Master.
Step 2: Click on the "Add Item" or the "Edit (Pen Sign)" button to create or edit items.
Step 3: Locate "Addl IN Attributes" and select the option per your need from the list.
Step 4: Then click on the Save or Update button to save the changes.
