Before selecting the Prelaunch Booking, let us see how to activate the Prelaunch Booking option in the item master at HQ.

Step 1: Go to Admin > Configuration > Masters.

Step 2: Click on the Item Master Tab.

Step 3: Search for pre in the search bar.

Step 4: Locate the "Allow prelaunch booking" and make it visible by clicking on the check box.

Note: If you need, you can activate the "Min.value for prelaunch booking" as well.

Step 5: Click on the "Save Configuration" button to save the changes.

Now, to map Prelaunch Booking in the item master, do the following steps:

Step 1: Go to MDM > Item Master Management > Item Master.

Step 2: Click on the "Add Item" or the "Edit (Pen Sign)" button to create or edit items.

Step 3: Locate "Allow prelaunch booking" and select Yes/No as per your need from the list.

Step 4: Then click on the Save or update button to save the changes.
