Load CSV Functionality - Stock Update

Purpose:

In Retail Business, the stock details will be updated often. It will be highly challenging to load the items one by one or by applying filters and to change the stock details. Load CSV is used to import the stocks from the csv files in a single click. Its a time saving process and have less manual work for it.

Open a CSV sheet and add Barcode, Quantity columns in excel sheet and fill up stock details in respective columns.

Now Save as in CSV format.


Now open the software and Go to Inventory > Stock Updation, here select product type as Matrix and click on “Load CSV F9” button and select Barcode,quantity option. Browse file location and click on Open.


Now item details will be loaded on the screen.


Click on “F6” button to save the entries.
