 Location wise Item Update Migration   

 

 

Purpose : For updating location wise,

* Min and max qty

* Change Allow Negative

* Tax inclusive/ exclusive

* Setting if item is eligible for Sales/purchase/ sales return/ purchase return

 

Process involved in updating the cost price

  • Generate the Sheet in Master Migration

  • Upload the Item updated Sheet

  • If any error check in Upload Status

Note : Below mentioned special characters will not be accepted during Migration Upload

1. From Dashboard, Go to Tools → Master Migration and Select a Master as 'Locationwise Item Update'.

2. Click on 'Load Confi'g and enable the Caption name you need to 'Add in sheet'. Then click on 'Save Config' and Download the sheet by pressing 'Download CSV'.

 

 

3. Click on Ok then the  CSV file will be downloaded.

 

 

4. Fill the column with necessary details and save the sheet

 


 

5. Click on 'Upload Sheet' and select a master as 'Locationwise Item Update'. Browse the file and click on 'Upload File'.

6. After clicking 'Upload File' you will get the confirmation pop-up as 'Do you wish to proceed?', Click 'OK'.

 



7. You will get message as 'Locationwise Item Update Data Uploaded Sucessfully', Click 'OK'.
