Loyalty management in RPOS7

Introduction

The loyalty program in RPOS7 allows you to promote sales by providing loyalty to the customers. The user can design a loyalty program and it is applied for each sale of the customer. The customer acquires certain loyalty based on the bill amount in every purchase. The loyalty gets accumulated in the customer's account every time a sale is made to him/her. Based on the cumulative loyalty, a certain amount is offered to the customer which he/she can redeem at any sales. This helps in attracting more customers and encourages them to purchase more. This will bring you more sales and the customer also can enjoy the loyalty program benefits that you offer. In addition, if you have two or more outlets function under an HQ integrated environment, the loyalty acquired by the customer from one outlet can be redeemed at any other outlet(s).

Using the loyalty program, you can design the loyalty schemes, create loyalty cards, and sell to customers.
