Purpose
The Loyalty Point Update feature allows businesses to update loyalty points for a customer manually. This is particularly useful when transferring loyalty points from one software to another or making adjustments for specific customers.
Step 1: Navigate to the Loyalty Points Update Screen
Go to Master > Customer > Loyalty Points Update.
The Loyalty Points Update screen will appear.
Step 2: Select the Customer
In the Customer Name field, choose the customer whose loyalty points need to be updated from the drop-down list.
In the Loyalty Points field, input the number of loyalty points to be added to the selected customer.
Step 4: Add Remarks and Update
Enter a brief remark explaining the reason for the loyalty points update (e.g., "Transferred from legacy system" or "Manual adjustment").
Click Update to save the changes.
To confirm the updated loyalty points:
Navigate to Reports > Master > Customer Loyalty Details.
The report displays detailed information about loyalty points, including:
Customer Name
Total Loyalty Points
Updated Points
Remarks entered during the update process.
