How to redeem loyalty based on Points?

Loyalty Redemption - Based on Points
Use the Loyalty Redemption screen to exchange the loyalty points/amount by gifts and prizes.

Steps for Loyalty Redemption based on points:
  1. Click Sales > Loyalty & Scheme > Loyalty Redemption.
  2. The Loyalty Redemption screen is displayed.



  3. In the Loyalty Redemption screen-
    • In the Name field, press ENTER. A list of Select Customer screen is displayed, select the customer.
    Note: The filed like Code, Tel-Phone, Mobile, Vat Tin, Loyalty Code, Loyalty Description, Total Point and  are read only and automatically displayed.
    • In the Prize field, enter the prize for the points. For e.g. Any Gift items/vouchers.
    • The field Redemption Amount/Points is automatically displayed enter the points to be redeemed.
  4. Click Save or press F2 key to save the changes.
  5. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes.
  6. A message 'Prize No. (PRIZE NUMBER) Close for Customer (CUSTOMER NAME)' is displayed. Click OK.
  7. Click Exit or press F12 key to key to close the screen.
  8. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes.

Loyalty Redemption - Based on Amount
Use the Loyalty Redemption screen to exchange the loyalty points/amount by gifts and prizes.

Steps for Loyalty Redemption based on points:
  1. Click Sales > Loyalty & Scheme > Loyalty Redemption.
  2. The Loyalty Redemption screen is displayed.



  3. In the Loyalty Redemption screen-
    • In the Name field, press ENTER. A list of Select Customer screen is displayed, select the customer.
    Note: The filed like Code, Tel-Phone, Mobile, Vat Tin, Loyalty Code, Loyalty Description, Total Amount and  are read only and automatically displayed.
    • In the Prize field, enter the prize for the points. For e.g. Any Gift items/vouchers.
    • The field Redemption Amount/Points is automatically displayed enter the amount to be redeemed.
    Example: For 2000 amount, the customer has GIFT PACK2.
  4. Click Save or press F2 key to save the changes.
  5. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes.
  6. A message Prize No. <<PRIZE NUMBER>> Close for Customer <<CUSTOMER NAME>> is displayed. Click OK.
  7. Click Exit or press F12 key to key to close the screen.
  8. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes.
Note: The points/amount that is partially redeemed is displayed if you goto Loyalty Redemption screen again.
