How to redeem your loyalty during the payment?

Loyalty Redemption in Payment
Use Tender Master screen to make Loyalty Redemption in payment for the next purchase. Loyalty Redemption through payment converts the Current Loyalty Points into the Equivalent Values. The Equivalent Values gets deduced from the Bill Amount in the Tender screen.

Loyalty Redemption is be done by following ways:
  • Tender Wise - Redemption in Payment in Tender screen.
  • Point Wise - Redemption in Point/Amount in Loyalty Redemption screen.
Note: It is only for the existing customer with valid Loyalty points.

Steps for Loyalty Redemption in Payment -
  • Changing Setting in the Tender Type Master
  • Checking the Loyalty Redemption in the Bill Entry
Changing Setting in the Tender Type Master
  1. Click Sales > Master > Tender > Tender Type Master.
  2. The Tender Master screen is displayed.



  3. Click Change or press F4.
  4. A list of Select Tender Type screen is displayed.



  5. Select Loyalty. By default the fields of Tender Type and General gets filled.



  6. In the General section -
    • In the Ledger Name filed, press ENTER. A list of Select Account Ledger screen is displayed, select Display Discount Paid.
    • Deselect the Hide Tender.
  7. Click Save or press F6 too save the details.
  8. A message Record Updated! is displayed.
  9. Click Close or press F12 to exit the screen.

Checking the Loyalty Redemption in the Bill Entry
  1. Click Sales > Bill Entry or press Ctrl + B.
  2. The Sales screen is displayed.



  3. Click SelectCust or press F11, the Name field is marked. Press ENTER, a list of Select Customer is displayed. Select the customer name.
  4. In the Code field, press ENTER. A Products List is displayed. Select the items from the list of Product List.
  5. The fields Sno, Code, Description, Qty, Rate, Amount display the details of the item.
  6. In the Qty field, enter the quantity for billing.
  7. Press * for billing. A Tender Screen is displayed.



  8. Select the Loyalty option.
  9. In the Loyalty Name field, press ENTER. A list of Loyalty is displayed, select the loyalty type.
  10. In the Redeem Amount field, press ENTER. The loyalty redeem amount is auto selected.
    Note: To enter fixed redeem amount manually, enter the redeem amount. 
  11. Use Redeem Point field to configure the amount on the basis of points. 
  12. The field Current Points is read only and display the available current points.
  13. The field Equivalent Value is read only field and display the equivalent value for the current points.
  14. The field S.No is read only and automatically display the serial number.
  15. The field St. Value is read only and automatically display the starting value for loyalty.
  16. The field End Value is read only and automatically display the end value for loyalty.
  17. The field Points is read only and automatically display the point available.
  18. The field Equi. Valu is read only and display the equivalent points for points.
  19. Click Done.
    Note: The Redeem Amount value is automatically gets deduced from Bill Amount.
  20. You can use any of the following method to make payment of tender amount-
    • Cash
    • Cheque
    • Sodexho/ Accor
    • Credit Card
    • Credit Sales
