Steps to configure for Mobile Phone Out Attribute:

 

Step 1: Go to Inventory > Masters > Items

 

 


Step 2: Item Master screen will appear. In Gen tab, mention the Item Name and Choose the Product Type as Serialized from LOV.

 

 

Step 3: Fill the details with MFR Name, Selling Price, MRP, Purchase Price & Landing Cost.

 

Step 4: Go to Misc tab. Click on Addl. Out Attribute and select Mobile Phone as an attributes from LOV. Click Save.

 

 

Step 5: Go to Sales > Sales Bill

 

 

 

Step 6: Bill Entry Screen will appear. Load the Item from Product list LOV.

 

 

Step 6: Choose Serial No. from the list and click Ok.

 

  

Step 7: Mobile Phone Out Attribute tab will appear. Fill in the details with Battery Number & Charger Number. Click Ok.

 

 

Step 8: Click the Save function key. Tender screen will appear. Select the Payment Mode as Cash and mention the amount. Click Save (No Print) - if print not required or Save - for printing the bill.

 



Step 9: Invoice will be generated. Note the No. and click Ok.

 

 

To Check in Reports:

 

Step 1: Go to Reports > Sales > Analysis > Sales Detail - Attribute wise

 


Step 2: Sales Detail - Attribute wise report will appear. Check & verify the details of Item sold here.

 

 

 

 

Step 3: Column sections are referred to as attributes.
