Parcel Entry
Definition:
Parcel Entry acts as a bridge between the buyer, seller & the transporter which saves time and adds transparency to the process even during non-working hours.
Purpose:
Gain visibility and control the procurement operations completely to maximize the sales. This ensures that purchase automation inwarding are made with real time inventory consolidation.

Steps to configure the Parcel Entry:
Step 1: Go to Purchase > Parcel Entry
Step 2: Parcel Receipt Entry screen will appear. Mention the Date & choose Type as Purchase/Receipt Note/Transfer In based on preference.
Step 3: Press Enter key in Transporter section & choose from the dropdown details listed.
Note: Steps to create Transporter: Purchase > Masters > Transport Master
Step 4: Fill in the details as:
Form 20 - Attach the document
Road Permit - Attach the document
Distributor Name
Lorry Receipt (LR No.) or Goods Receipt No.
LR Date
LR Doc - Attach the document
Invoice No.
Invoice Date
Invoice Amount
Fright Charges
No. of Cases
Weight of the Parcel
Vehicle No.
Asset Amount
Check Post No.
Token No.
Then click 'Save' function key and Choose 'Yes' to save the Parcel Receipt Entry details.
