Overview of Practice data clean up

Overview

The Practice data clean up in RPOS7 provides for cleaning up the transaction data that were created during practice in a live database and not deleting the data stored in the masters, configuration settings and print profiles. This feature is useful for users who want to practice transactions before making a live transaction(s) and after practising wants to clean up the practice data without affecting the master records, configuration settings and profiles.

Limitation:
  • Practice data cleanup menu will be available for the first 30 days from the date of installation. The users who want to use it after 30 days can purchase via custom license
  • Practice data cleanup can be done only in a server machine
  • Multiple database environments will not support this feature
  • After practice data cleanup, product license needs to be reactivated
  • Practice data cleanup will not support for Multi-DB environment
