Sale Bill- Quick add Customer
Purpose of Adding Quick Add Customer:
Quick Add customers are those who are not the regular customer of any business they are just like walk-in customers who used to visit the supermarket on the random basis.
So adding the quick add customers is easy for the supermarket owner as they don't need the full fledged information like permanent customers only the name & contact info is enough for such customers.
While
doing billing if any new customer visit our store, we have to add the
customer details in our system,For that we use Quick add customer
function key in Bill entry screen.
1. Go to Sales > Bill Entry.
2. In Bill entry screen > Click on Quick add Customer
3. One Box will be open here you can see existing customer list, and you can update new customer details as well.
4. Fill the details and click on updates.
In this way, you can add the quick add customer in RPOS6.5
1. Can we see any report based on quick add customers?
Ans: Yes, you can see all the sales report which will include the quick add customers as well as the permanent customers.
