How can the customers Re-order in OrderEasy app?

Oftentimes, consumers want to re-order the same set of items. For example, a patient might want to place an order of the same medicines every week. Or, a consumer might want to order 10 packets of milk every day. In these situations, consumers might find it difficult to spend time on adding the same items in the cart on regular basis. REORDER feature in OrderEasy will help the consumers to place their daily needs/favourite items in a matter of two clicks.

Let us see how the re-order feature will work in OrderEasy app

1. In OrderEasy app, Go to more -> My Orders

2. After clicking on "My Orders". You can see the list of the orders you have placed through the app. Click on "view order" for the order that you want to re-order

3. After opening the order, you can see the list of the items. Click on "Re-order" at the bottom of the screen.



4. Click on "Proceed"

5. Now the products that are there in the particular order will be added into the cart. You can click on check-out and place the order.



6.  Or if you want to add more items to the cart, you can go to "HOME" and search or choose the item and add to the cart.

7. After adding the items to the cart, you can click on checkout and place the order.
