Recipe Management
Recipe Management is used to track the consumption of the ingredient for the prepared dishes based on the recipe configured and to know the food cost of the finished goods. Recipe Management refers to managing the dishes, ingredients and configuring the recipe in the Kitchen. Recipe Management helps in controlling the operations of a business in which several materials are mixed together to prepare a number of different dishes. The Recipe Management module helps to manage the process for preparing dishes and managing the inventory.
The Recipe Management in RPOS6 comprises of —
- Creating the Item Master for Recipe Configuration
- Conversion[UOM] - to define unit of measurement. To get more detail on conversion [UOM] click Conversion [UOM]
- Recipe Configuration - to configure the inventory items that give the detailed description of how much ingredient items are required or consumed in preparation of a item. To get more detail on recipe configuration click Recipe Configuration
- Kit Item - prepared items in central kitchen. For e.g: Cake. To get more detail on kit item click Kit Item
- Assembly Item - preparing items in live kitchen. For e.g: Sandwich. To get more detail on assembly item click Assembly Item
- Kit Preparation - to specify how much kit item has been prepared. To get more detail on kit preparation click Kit Preparation
- Multiple Recipe Mapping - to create multiple set of recipe for a single kit item. To get more detail on multiple recipe mapping click Multiple Recipe Mapping
- Recipe Configuration - Report - to view the details of ingredients consumed, kit item, assembly item, total expenditure and benefits. To get more detail on recipe configuration - report click Recipe Configuration - Report
- Copy items -It is used for copying KIT or assembly item ingredients as new KIT or assembly item using this functional key named as copy item.
- Add on item - It is used for adding add on product that is get after KIT preparation.That add on product can be used as ingredient for other items or it can comes for sales directly.
- Nutrition master -It is used for updating how much fat,sugar,carbohydrate,protein,calories,Dietary fibre.We can show this content to customer bill print and barcode sticker.
