How to use repack scheduler

Repack Scheduler

Repack Scheduler comprises of two words, that is Repack and Scheduler. Repack is repacking the bulk in the right quantity and Scheduler is a reminder or a program with timetable that arranges the jobs at right time.

Repack Scheduler works on logic but not on perception. It gives the detail about sales quantity of item from the last repack. It guides you to repack the right item at the right time in right quantity. It protect you from the wastage of Repackage of items again.

Real Time Scenario:    
                               In the supermarket it is difficult to repack all the bulk items if the purchase entry is done for many bulk items. It will take one day man effort in first doing the verification and the repacking of items. In this case, if shopkeeper knows when he is going to do the purchase, so for those weekdays he can setup the scheduler using this feature and repack the items based on " Qty from previous Repack Entry based" or etc.

Step for Repack Scheduler :

  1. Click Inventory > Repack > Repack Scheduler.
  2. The Repack Scheduler screen is displayed.



  3. In the Reorder Generated Based On field. Click ENTER. A list of Reorder Based On is displayed.



  4. In the Reorder Based on LOV screen, select one item based on reorder. Press ENTER.
  5. A list of Bulk Item is displayed.



  6. In the Bulk Item List list, select one item. Press ENTER.
  7. The Repack Scheduler screen with item detail is displayed.



  8. Click Next.
  9. A list of Suggestion Qty Based on is displayed.



  10. In the Suggestion Qty list, select one quantity.
  11. The Repack Scheduler screen is displayed with detail of Qty from previous Repack Entry based on selected Bulk.



  12. Click Save.
  13. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes.
  14. A message Please note the Reorder Repack No is displayed. Click OK.
  15. Click Exit.
  16. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes.
