While delivering the items if the items has been damaged or it has been missing then the items can be returned and a reason can also be given for it.
Inorder to edit quantity or allow returns during delivery, user must enable global configuration in POSGo to Tools -> configuration manager -> configuration.
Enable the Configuration 'Allow to mark as return in GoDeliver app' and click on Save.
1.Login to Godeliver and go to In-transit.
2.Select the Delivery bill.
3.Select the items and edit quantity (OR) unselect the item to mark as many quantities for return and click on Deliver.
4.Select the Reason for Return and click on Submit.
5. The amount will be displayed for delivered items, choose the Payment type and click on Submit.
Home delivery returned items report in RetailEasy7:
Owner can track the items that are returned through GoDeliver using home delivery returned items report in POS.
This report is used to see all the items that were returned during home delivery because of various reason.
Go to Reports > Sales > Home delivery > Home delivery returned items details
The reports' data can be grouped based on delivery boy,customer name etc for the specified time period
