RO Master

Purpose: TruePOS provides the functionality to manage Relationship Officers (RO) and calculate dealer commissions effectively. This feature is designed to reward dealers who refer customers to your store or business, encouraging business growth and fostering long-term partnerships.


Adding a Relationship Officer  

To add a Relationship Officer and configure their details:

  1. Navigate to Master > Customer > RO.

 

 

  1. On the RO (Relationship Officer) screen, you will see a list of all existing ROs.

  2. To create a new RO, click on the highlighted New Relationship Officer button.

  3. Fill in the following fields:

    • Name of the Relationship Officer: Enter the RO’s name.

    • Commission Percentage: Specify the commission percentage for the RO.

    • Status: Set the status as Active.

  1. Click Save to finalize the addition of the RO.

 

 

Mapping the Dealer with a Referred Customer  

To link a dealer to a customer:

  1. Navigate to Master > Customer. (To create a customer, click on Customer.)

  2. In the Customer screen, go to the Others Tab.

  3. In the Relationship Officer field, select the created dealer from the dropdown.

  4. Click Save to map the dealer to the customer.

 

 

Note: The above steps can also be applied to existing customers to assign them a dealer.


Viewing Dealer Commission Reports  

TruePOS offers detailed reports to analyse dealer performance and commission details. Follow the steps below:


Dealer Margin Detail Report:  

  1. Navigate to Reports > Sales > Sales Analysis > Dealer Margin Detail.

  2. The report provides detailed information, including:

    • Dealer and their referred customers.

    • Bill numbers.

    • Commission percentages.

    • Commission amounts.

 

 


 

Dealer Margin Summary Report:  

  1. Navigate to Reports > Sales > Sales Analysis > Dealer Margin Summary.

  2. This report consolidates data for all dealers and their commissions.

  3. It provides a high-level overview of:

    • Total commissions earned.

    • Performance of each dealer.

Q1: Can I edit the details of an existing Relationship Officer?

  • Yes, navigate to Master > Customer > RO, select the RO from the list, make the necessary changes, and click Save.


Q2: Can I assign multiple customers to the same dealer?
  • Yes, you can assign multiple customers to a single dealer by selecting the dealer in the Relationship Officer field while creating or editing customer details.


Q3: How do I deactivate a Relationship Officer?
  • A: Go to Master > Customer > RO, select the RO, change the status to Inactive, and click Save.


Q4: Can I export the Dealer Margin reports?
  • Yes, all reports in TruePOS can be exported in various formats like Excel or PDF for further analysis.
