AUTOMATIC ASSIGNMENT
The
type of assignment where the sales orders are assigned automatically to
the pickers without the dependency of the Supervisor/ StockPick
manager.
STEPS
- Open StockPick web application
- Go to "Settings"
- Under
the Configurations >> From Sales Order >> Enable the
configuration,"Assign Sales Order automatically to stock pickers"
- Now the system will automatically assign the sales orders to the pickers based on the delivery date.
NOTE:
- Only the sales orders that have to be delivered on that particular day and not picked will be automatically assigned.
- For example,
- A
Sales order was made yesterday, and the delivery date is today. Then
the order will be assigned automatically to the picker today.
MANUAL ORDER ASSIGNMENT
STEP : 1
- Open StockPick web application
- Go to "Sales Order Details Screen"
STEP : 2
- You
will be listed with the Sales Orders made / received in POS
(Example,orders via E-commerce/Sales orders made from POS/OrderEasy App)
- Select the order and click on, "Assign to"
- Select the picker you wish to assign the order
- Click on the Assign button to assign the order
- After
the assignment, the picker will receive a notification in the Stock
pick mobile application and can proceed with the picking
TO CHECK ORDER DETAILS BEFORE ASSIGNMENT FROM THE WEB APP
STEPS:
If you wish to check the order details,
- Go to Sales Order Details screen >> Click on the sales order
- Now you can view the details of the items ordered (item code,item name,rate and ordered quantity)
REASSIGNMENT OF ORDERS
You can reassign orders from the web application.
For example, You have assigned "Order 01" to a picker "Anil", and consider he is absent or not available for picking.
In that case you can assign the same order to an alternative picker.
STEPS:
- Select the order that is already assigned
- Click on "Reassign to" button
- You will be listed the remaining pickers expect the one to whom it was previously assigned.
- You can search for the alternative picker and click on "Reassign" button
