Purpose
This document provides guidance on how to sync your GoFrugal RPOS 7 license if you continue to receive the ALR license warning after payment or if a newly purchased client license has not been linked with the server.
Sync Process
a) If you have Paid the ALR
Please Press "No"
Please press "Sync" without choosing any order number
b) If you have not Paid the ALR
If you haven't paid the ALR, select "Yes" to proceed with the payment.
Please Note : The proforma has been sent to your registered email ID, please check your mail and process the payment

Step-by-step process to sync your license
Access the help menu by opening GoFrugal RPOS 6.5, then click "Help" in the top menu bar.
Open the About section by selecting "About" from the dropdown menu
Update the license by clicking "Update License" in the About GoFrugal RPOS 6.5 window.
A GoFrugal License Activation window will pop up, do not select any order number on this screen.
Sync the license by clicking "Sync" in the GoFrugal License Activation window and wait for the sync to complete.
Once the sync is complete, a confirmation message will appear stating, "License updated successfully."
Acknowledge completion by clicking "Ok" to close the confirmation message.
Syncing add-ons
To sync any add-ons, choose the add-on license option and follow the same process for syncing. Ensure all add-ons are properly synced to access the full range of features and services.
