Steps to create Google service account JSON

Step 1: Login into the Google Play Console with your account credentials.

Step 2: Click the Settings menu entry, followed by API access.

Step 3: Click the CHOOSE A PROJECT TO LINK button and agree with the terms of service.

Step 4: Click the CREATE NEW SERVICE ACCOUNT button and click on the first point Google Cloud Platform.

 Step 5: After clicking on Google Cloud Platform a new tab/window will open.
a) Click the CREATE SERVICE ACCOUNT button at the top of the Google Developers Console.

b) Provide a Service account name (Ex- App Name)

c) Click Select a role and choose Service Accounts > Service Account User.

d) Check the Furnish a new private key checkbox.

e) Make sure JSON is selected as the Key type.

f) Click SAVE to close the dialog

g) Make a note of the file name of the JSON file downloaded to your computer. (Upload this file in the portal)

Step 6: Back on the Google Play Console, click DONE to close the dialog.

Step 7: Click on Grant Access for the newly added service account.

Step 8: Choose Admin from the Role.

Step 9: Click INVITE USER AND SEND INVITATION to close the dialog.
