Sync Data
Purpose:
Accurate, secure, compliant data and successful team and customer experiences are ensured by data synchronisation. Before being used, data is cleaned, duplicated, and consistency checked as it is received.
Benefits:
You are not cut off from data in the case of a network connection failure since data is made available locally rather than through potentially expensive, unreliable, and slow connections to a single central database. Additionally, it speeds up data request responses.
Steps to configure to Sync Data:
There are 2 ways:
1. In POS:
Step 1: Go to Help > About GoFrugal RetailEasy
Step 2: Click on Add-on License.
Step 3: Check for GoBill license activation status. Click Sync.
Data will get Sync.
2. In GoBill PC (Windows):
Step 1: Go to Profile Icon > Force Full Sync
Data will get Sync.
This is how sync is carried out, and GoBill will reflect all data.

1. What is the trial duration for GoBill Windows? How many devices can be used during the trial?
- GoBill Windows trial will be activated with 5 users count and have a 30 days of validity.
