Eye Deployment- Reasons why The Eye Can’t be install on Desktop

1. Many businesses shut down their servers at night when they close the shop. The Eye cannot study the data, churn it and prepare analytics in the day time as many transactions will be happening very frequently, and the servers will always be busy. Therefore the data study on customers' business data will be done only during the night when the business operations are stopped.
2. But at this time if The Eye has to make a data study (during the night), the server should be up and running. In the ideal case, it does not happen. The Eye requires continuous data sync to happen from the POS to its server for this study.
   
3. This is possible only if the data is synced to the cloud and scheduled to sync with their server. For this reason, The Eye is a cloud-based solution and works only if the data is present in our Gofrugal server. That is why GoSecure is mandatory for Standalone customers. The data will be synced from POS to GoSecure every 3 min. In the night, The Eye's cloud server will fetch data from the GoSecure cloud server and prepares recommendations. In the case of chain customers, it directly fetches the data from the HQ server.

       a.     Question Mark Tool: You can just try to click on the 'Question Mark' with each widget in The Eye & you will get an answer to every feature & its working.

       b.    Surveillance Centre: Our alert system monitors your data, system usage, and operations, and flags any common errors or issues. These alerts are categorized based on the user's nature and come with suggested remedies. Please take prompt action on these alerts to address any discrepancies or problems.

      1.  If customer has risen so many PO long days back & now, he wanted to check the number of PO that has been expired how 'The Eye' can help him?

Ans: In the first widget - Reorder for the day - Expired - Click on the analysis, user can get list of PO expired, can also get Out of stock and ABCX analysis supplier wise 

      2.  If customer deals with number of suppliers but all the suppliers are not actively supplying the goods, so customer want to see the list of those suppliers who are not given the PO periodically? How 'The Eye' can help the customer?

Ans: This question is about "Supply Graveyard" in Daily News page. It allows to see the suppliers who have not shown up in last 30 days. 60 days and 90 days. Based on that, customers can take corrective action, whether to order from those suppliers. You can also know more about it by clicking on the question mark given with the widget.

      3.  How does "The Eye" help customer to not to consider Purchase manager for his business?

The Eye is machine learning and data science based tool, it will forecast the inventory movement based on different data set and give the recommendation to order, it will count time taken to supply, fulfillment % supplier is filling.. Human cannot fulfill the scenarios The Eye can consider and recommend. Stock out analysis, Dead stock and transferrable stock analysis, Seasonal sales and Festive sales are blind spot for human and The Eye will do it properly 99 out of 100 times accurate. Also, speed of execution is also another USP. Predicting the demand, analysing the list of suppliers, last purchase history from them, arriving at the correct quantity to purchase for each item from each supplier, all this is done in minimum time. You could say with almost 70 to 80% lesser strength in Purchase team.
Only one person is enough to review and raise the POs, and that too not much skill is required to execute. Therefore, Purchase manager can be replaced with The Eye.

The re-ordering is process based on, Current inventory level, movement at the location, time to supply after order, order to fulfillment ratio of the supplier, expired and not serviced orders - The Eye will study all data sets and give recommendation in Reorder for the day widget in Daily news, the purchase manager have to click on the analysis, review the details and click on Raise PO to generate the order, it is possible to share the wall to respective supplier to let them know their performance.

2. Recent Purchases: This feature prioritizes and lists recent purchases for supply chain tracking. It identifies open, expired, underserviced, and over serviced purchase orders, allowing you to take appropriate action to resolve any issues
3. PO Relay: This feature allows you to view all purchase orders by time as a relay race. It helps you track how much of the planning is automated via The Eye, how much is manual, and the overall summary of supplier compliance to plan and warehouse allocation and transfer excellence for docked products (replenishment mode FT).
4. Supplier Analysis: This feature classifies suppliers by the importance of the assortment they deal with and captures merchandise fill rate in those buckets. This helps you prioritize fill rate problems for the most important suppliers.
5. DC Excellence: This feature tracks execution excellence of the warehouse for stocked products and their transfers to store.
6. The Recent Purchases tab tracks recently underserviced, expired, and over serviced purchase orders by their priority impact. You can click on the statistics tagged Open, Under, Expired, and Overs to see a table that lists the purchase orders in order for tracking. You can start calling suppliers in the order of their listing.
   In cases where the primary supplier is out of stock, you can ask The Eye to come up with an alternate purchase plan. However, this will only work if you have set up alternate suppliers in your base system.    Supplied right qty, No orders, Dumped, Underserved, Unserviced, Open PO, Open (Grace period) analysis for Last 15, 30 and 45 days can be done. User can track and take respective actions on the days with Bad/Dumped Service by suppliers.
