How to view the status of Loyalty programs?

Viewing the Loyalty Status - Based on Points
Use Loyalty Details screen to view the status and details for loyalty of a customer.

Steps for Loyalty Status of a Customer based on points
:
  1. Click Sales > Loyalty & Scheme > Loyalty Status.
  2. The Loyalty Details screen is displayed.



  3. In the Filter Section -
    • In the Select Loyalty field, press ENTER.



    • A list of Select Loyalty Details is displayed, select one of the loyalty scheme based on point.
    • In the Select Customer field, press DELETE. Click ENTER.



    • A list of Select Customer is displayed, select the customer.



  4. In Customer sections-
    • The Sl. No, Customer Name and Points are read-only field and automatically displayed.
    Note: The bill details like Sl. No. Bill No, Date, Ctr, Amount, Pts With Bonus, and Bonus are read-only field and automatically displayed.
  5. Click Clear or press F7 key to clear the screen.
  6. Click Exit or press F12 to exit the screen.
  7. A confirmation message is displayed, Click Yes.

Use Loyalty Details screen to view the status and details for loyalty of a customer.

Steps for Loyalty Status of a Customer based on amount:
  1. Click Sales > Loyalty & Scheme > Loyalty Status.
  2. The Loyalty Details screen is displayed.



  3. In the Filter section -
    • In the Select Loyalty field, press ENTER. A list of Select Loyalty Details screen is displayed, select one loyalty scheme based on amount.
    • In the Select Customer field, enter the loyalty customer name.



  4. In Customer sections-
    • The Sl. No, Customer Name and Amount are read-only field and automatically displayed.
    Note: The bill details like Sl. No. Bill No, Date, Ctr, Amount, Cum With Bonus and Bonus are read-only field and automatically displayed.
  5. Click Clear or press F7 key to clear the screen.
  6. Click Exit or press F12 to exit the screen.
  7. A confirmation message is displayed, Click Yes.
