What does Pending Developer mean and how is it different from My Pendings?

What is Pending Developer?

 

Pending Developer has 2 sub-divisions known as issue and feature. It helps the customer to know about the issue and feature status. If the customer is facing any issues under the existing software, then this comes under Issue.

If the customer approaches with a specific requirement, which is not in the software, then the requirement is considered as a feature.

 

Difference between Pending Developer and MyPendings:

 

  • In Pending Developer, customer can view the status of the issue or requirement in which the developer is working on.

  • My Pendings are the pendings, which needs to be updated by the customer.

Helps to keep track of the pending statuses & updates

 

 

Steps to check the Pending Developer status:

 

Step 1:

 

Login to MyGofrugal app with the respective user ID.

Go to My Dashboards > Pending Developer > Issue/Feature

 

 

 

Step 2:

 

Click on Issue. Now, you can see the issue that the developer is working on.

 

 

 

Step 3:

 

To know about the feature status, click on "Feature"
