My Pendings has 2 sub-divisions known as
Pending Status Update
Pending Patch Update
Pending Status Update:
This means the customer has to update or provide further details on the issue faced by him. Only then will the support team be able to provide a faster solution. If the customer fails to update the status, it will then be shown as pending.
Pending Patch Update:
If the customer fails to update the product for the ticket he has raised, then it will fall under this category. He must update the POS to get this removed.
