In an express counter, the Hold and Recall option will be used to hold the current bill temporarily and proceed with the next sale bill to avoid deletion of the items added in the cart. Once the bill is needed it can be recalled by selecting the bill under the Recall Bill option and can complete the payment without missing any items that were previously added to the cart.
If a customer wants the items to be delivered then we can mark the bill as a Delivery bill by which the bill can be identified during delivery time.

Hold and Recall option optimizes the billing counter by allowing the user to hold a bill temporarily of a customer who goes back to the store for bringing an item they missed and proceeds with the next bill, cutting the waiting time for the customer
Delivery bill reduces the manual work of posting the bills to the delivery menu along with the delivery time and date
Steps for using the Hold, Recall, and Delivery buttons:
Step 1: To Hold the bill click on the Hold Bill button to hold the bill temporarily and continue for the next bill.
Step 2: To recall the bills held click on the Recall Bill button. There will be a list of bills held, and we can select the bill we needed or delete it too.
Step 3: After selecting the bill from the list of held bills, it will be recalled and can be proceeded for payment.
Step 5: Enter the Expected Delivery Date and Delivery time and click on OK, so the bill will be saved as the Delivery bill.
Step 6: You can now see the delivery bill option highlighted and a symbol representing the delivery bill. Click on the required payment and complete the transaction.
