What is the purpose & Benefit of using Discount Coupons & how to implement it in ServeEasy?

Purpose:-

 It is  promotional tool in the form of a document or electronic graphic that can be redeemed for a discount when purchasing goods or services. Coupons are generally issued by manufacturers or retailers to the consumer and may be distributed through direct mail, apps, social media or other marketing means. A coupon will feature a specific savings amount or other special offers to persuade consumers to purchase specific goods or services or to purchase from specific retailers.

 

Real time scenario:

 if a shop keeper running a sale on shoes in his store at 20% off, then every pair of shoes he sell will be 20% off reducing all of his margins by 20%. However, if he keep a condition that if customer bill value is more than 10k then  the only way to get the 20% off was with a discount coupon, then only those shoes would be discounted which is been brought using discount coupon. This may help shop keeper to maintain his margin as well as maintain a good relationship with customer too.

In discount coupon creation need to create the prefix and number of coupons  need to create .Validation must  no need to make it enable not  mandatory .And need to give generate .

step 4 :Discount coupon issue

Load the desired coupon and need to save it for the issue purpose to customers .

step 5:

In sales screen just load the item and if it is eligible to claim the  discount coupon if it have the target amount which we had already created in step 1.

step 6 :

In this discount coupon had applied .

Note - The discount coupon wont support for the Multi Book billing .
